Ideas Coming to Light
Boston is filled with outdoor fitness infrastructure and living here gives me an opportunity to explore not only this historic city, but to also plan an exercise idea that is fresh, repeatable, and effective. Run, Boston is an idea I have to show part of my fitness experience, and feature others in their journey as well. Dedicating and investing time to a life of fitness and health is not just for athletes, fitness gurus, or meat-heads, and fitness certainly doesn’t necessarily mean going to the gym. It does however involve developing repeatable fundamentals in physical activity, nutrition and diet, emotional management, and rest/recovery.
With Run, Boston I want to feature my experience but also other motivated and dedicated individuals who balance their personal and professional lives by exploring their communities through fitness and wellness, whether it’s live in Boston or anywhere else. It can be gardening, cycling, running, brazilian jiu jitsu, weight training, hiking, anything! This will be a place for shedding light on everyday motivated people from all paths of life. It’s time to formally share these moments away from the social media platform and bring a creative narrative to fitness!
