Hi everyone this is Jeremy and I am the creator and “Chief Solo” of i.motivate.me. I operate as an Exercise Physiologist certified by the American College of Sports Medicine currently in the city of Charleston, S.C., where I continue to live through my ideas. This one is for always fighting the good fight of our current health epidemic and deciding to take ACTION by living the way we would like to; in good health while exercising motivation in the community!

I am originally from the great state of Ohio, where my kin resides in the countryside. I was a football, baseball, and basketball player from my early childhood through High School—I did my thing! My adult professional career began with 9 years of military service in the United States Marine Corps. My experience and leadership was forged in extraordinary conditions by some of the most sharp-minded, hard working, dedicated, and brilliant individuals, and having endured and pondered the hardships that we modern humans face, I foresaw a point of reconciliation for our past behaviors—and here we find ourselves today.

After honorable service I wanted to be a part of the health and fitness world, I attended the University of Massachusetts Boston where I would earn a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise and Health Sciences. The i.motivate.me idea was born during this time running along Columbia Point and learning from really incredible instructors who shared the same spirit of finding solutions for America’s health epidemic. Through many successes, many failures, and self-reflection, my path has led me to discovering a new blueprint of thinking which has made literally ANYTHING that I want to do possible. We identify resistance as that which stands in the way of taking action and accomplishing goals—because it is— and we confront it.

I currently work as a certified exercise physiologist and fitness instructor, where I also assist in researching the affects that resistance and cardiovascular training has on body composition. Our research staff was recently published in the American Journal of Exercise Physiology (December 2019, Vol.22 Number 7) under the direction of incredible senior experts. I am also currently pursuing a master’s degree in clinical exercise physiology and have plans for furthering my education and experience by living an active lifestyle and exploring all aspects of fitness and health. In the meantime I decided to put together the idea I’ve thought about for many years and create a platform to share my vision. In doing so I wish to assist individuals in navigating obstacles for a healthy mind, body, and spirit. Let’s build Espirit de Corps in the IMM community!
