Mission
The mission of i.motivate.me is to use knowledge, ideas, and exercise prescription to confront and improve the deteriorated state of wholistic fitness and wellness.
Vision
The vision is to create a priority of investing time and resources into your self and your community that allows any individual to improve, and most importantly maintain your overall quality of life and inspire those around you through self-motivated purpose and ACTION. Individuals can be assisted in navigating personal priorities and professional endeavors by alleviating obstacles, and by tailoring and implementing a health-focused fitness training program guided by IMM foundational principles. The idea is that the individual, now armed with knowledge, experience, and support, may then contribute to the community in support of others who wish to gain a sense of purpose and inclusion through fitness and health. The services and information provided by i.motivate.me will be at the demand of the community, creating continuity while employing foundational state-of-the-art services and up-to-date information.
What We Aim to Achieve
Create new avenues towards success by minimizing psychological obstacles. Let’s utilize fresh ideas, activities, techniques.
Mentally prioritizing: Introducing and guiding a constructive train of thought that promotes overcoming mental, physical, and emotional obstacles (fears, anxiety, sleeplessness, eating habits, physical activity).
Develop a strategy to implement a healthy lifestyle that builds confidence and motivation to be successful.
To accomplish any realistic physical fitness goal desired, from specific athletic events, to physique improvement or joint stability to reduce chances of injury.
Introduce individuals to all types of activities that promote a successful and healthy lifestyle.
Provide information from peer-reviewed research of physiological, mental, and emotional responses to exercise, being active, and eating healthy.
Negotiate and alleviate costs of services so that they are accessible (Fitness Centers, Equipment, etc.)
Locating resources to collect data that supports each individual’s goals, including measurements of vital signs and body composition. *No Matter Your Location, I’ll find a way!
Provide access to experts in all areas of health and fitness.
